Anthony W. Williams

Anthony W. Williams has extensive experience in water planning, acquisition of water rights, and in water litigation. His clients include domestic water providers, local governments, oil companies, ranchers, farmers, and other individual landowners. He belongs to the Colorado Water Congress and the Water Section of the Colorado Bar Association. Mr. Williams served on the Board of Directors of the Colorado River Water Conservation District and is a past Chairman of the Colorado Resources and Power Development Authority.

Mr. Williams is a member and past president of the Mesa County and Colorado Bar Associations, was a member of the House of Delegates, American Bar Association, and is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and the Colorado Bar Foundation. He is admitted to the bar in Colorado, and to practice before the U.S. District Court for Colorado, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He received his law degree from the University of Colorado in 1951.
