Susan M. Corle serves as general counsel for businesses and professional corporations. She helps her clients choose and create the most effective structures for their businesses. She also assists with the negotiation and drafting of employment agreements, buy-sell agreements, deferred compensation arrangements and other corporate and business documents. Business clients also need regular assistance with employment and employee benefits issues.

The field of employer-employee relations changes rapidly, and Susan keeps abreast of this critical and rapidly changing area. She helps clients with employee benefits, and the design and management of retirement and other employee benefit plans. Her clients in this field have included private companies, local governments and tax exempt organizations. 

Susan also advises clients on estate planning techniques and prepares wills and trusts tailored to meet their diverse needs.

Susan serves on the board of the Western Colorado Business Development Corporation and is a past president of the Mesa County Bar Association. She has served on the boards of Western Slope Center for Children (president 2001 and 2002) and St. Mary's Hospital Development Foundation. She is a member of the Mesa County and Colorado Bar Associations and the American Health Lawyers Association. She is admitted to practice in Colorado and in the U.S. District Court for Colorado. She received her law degree from the University of Colorado in 1983, with honors, and her undergraduate degree from Carleton College in 1979.
